Cookie Roster

  • Snick doodle - This is the cookie that inspired a lifetime of baking.  Sweet with a little tang and cinnamon sugar on top.  I leave the "er" out of the name since that's how I spelled it as a child.
  • Curly's Classic Peanut Butter - Grandpa Curly has been a peanut butter cookie connoisseur from way back and if he say's this is the best, then by golly it is!  Rich, crunchy peanut butter that's not too crumbly with a classic criss-cross top.
  • Oh Snap! - This ginger cookie is all snap while staying soft and chewy.  An instant favorite that has triggered hoarding behavior in some individuals.  Chunks of ginger punctuate this sweet, hot treat.
  • S'more - This cookie combines sweet campfire flavor with out the danger of a flaming marshmallow.  Made with a double dose of graham, cracker bits and flour, it's filled with gooey goodness and chocolate.
  • Cave Dweller - A cookie for all my Paleo friends, this cookie hits the spot for everyone on the gluten free band-wagon.  Subtle flavors of honey, almond and coconut make these a Flintstone style favorite.
  • Scookie - Defying a label, the Scookie is half scone, half cookie and all delicious.  It is fluffy and cakey, speckled with fresh ground nutmeg and sprinkled with sugar.  Eat it for dessert or with a hot beverage in the morning.
  • Bigfoot - Leaving an impression on your taste buds bigger than the famous Squatch's foot print, this cookie gets gobbled up so fast you may wonder if it's just a myth.  Chock full of the good stuff; chocolate, peanut butter chips and pretzel bits!
  • Pucker Up - Think a cookie can't be juicy?  Then you haven't tried this triple citrus taste sensation.  Flecked with lemon, lime and orange zest, this sweet-tart treat tastes like a summer day.
  • Oatmeal Raisin - Soft, chewy and vegan, this cookie is one of my most requested.  Afficiandos know that there is an art to mixing up the perfect balance of fiber and fruit.  This time tested recipe has been delighting for at least three generations.
  • Spritz - Old world buttery goodness with a sprinkling of coarse sugar.  A Danish cookie press favorite for the holiday season.  Uf dah! I don't see why we can't enjoy them all year long.
  • Check Box - Starting with a fantastic all-purpose dough, I add in whatever combination sounds delicious.  Chocolate chips, pecans, dried cranberries, coconut flakes, pretzel bits, you name it.  Imagination sparks this variable concoction!
  • Oatmeal Chocolate Chip - So your at the end of the list and wondering, where's the chocolate chip?!  Save the best for last and enjoy this chewy, melt in your mouth twist on a favorite.  Better than a bowl of oatmeal with your morning coffee!
